Here are some Photos from my 06 Christmas holiday in Egypt. Most the pictures I take are during holidays when there's something interesting to take pictures of.

I'd appreciate any sort of criticism.

First let's talk about food, since as someone living in London I feel very frustrated about this subject. So this is what REAL fruit and veg look like:

Next some Pictures of Siwa Oasis, West of Egypt near the Lybian border.

A city built round the Ancient Egyptian Oracle temple. The tower thing is a Minaret.

The main mode of transport in Siwa is by Donkey Kart (kareta).

The blotchy blood looking spots on the ground are dates drying in the sun. YUM!

The "cleopatra spring". There's several of these in Siwa.

Another old city in ruins.

The next pictures are taken by the salty lake, of which there are 2 in Siwa. It's too salty for fish.

My own crit:
1. I don't take enough time to compose the picture. Or I don't tell the driver to stop the car so
many pictures end up blurry.
2. I have a serious problem keeping my horizon horizontal!
3. I need to zoom in more often because most my pictures end up uninvolving and flat.

More to come soon: Les Dunes! so hang tight
